Software products

• All software sales are final.
• A standard 1-week free software trial before purchase is available for prospective customers to evaluate if the product meets their requirements.

Wafer products

• All wafer sales are final.
• Wafers are manufactured in a subcontracted New York state foundry that is running ISO-9001 2015 certified hardware. The foundry is shared with many large semiconductor industry tenants, including major development divisions of major industry IDMs and lithography and etch equipment vendors, with strict contamination control and monitoring protocols in place and no recent contamination excursions.
• All wafers have a demonstrated POR (process of record) with reliable process performance. Each wafer comes with exhaustive CD-SEM validation of the anchor target of every die of every wafer, including CD measurements of multiple features and images at each site, which insures and certifies wafer quality as of leaving fab. All results are made available to the customer.
• Wafers are best effort and released as-is from the subcontracted foundry.
  
• Wafers that are lost or damaged/broken during shipment in FOSBs will be replaced, with replacement wafer(s) of same type sent to customer. Wafers or chips shipped in clamshells or greensheets are not guaranteed by AMAG against damage/breakage during shipment.
